I think that in 90% of the cases, simple and basic is better then advanced and fancy.

When I think about it, simple and bacis is the best thing in almost every situation, not only food.

Black pants and a white shirt.

A bowl with hot pasta and pesto.

One red rose.

A bottle of red wine.

I can go on and on.. you get the picture..right?
